Prof. Dr. Theodoros Daglis

National Technical University of Athens

Topic: Classical and Alternative approaches in the fields of Management, Economics and Accounting – The case study of the COVID-19 pandemic

Prof. Dr. Theodoros Daglis holds a BSc at the science department, section mathematics, at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, accomplishing the specializations: A) Teaching Maths B) Statistics and Operational Research C) Computational mathematics. He also holds an MSc in Mathematical Modeling at New Technologies and Finance, with major: Financial Engineering, at the National Technical University of Athens. He holds a Ph.D. at the School of applied mathematics and physics of the National and technical university of Athens, in the department of humanities social sciences, and law with thesis title: “Stochastic physical phenomena and economic activity”. His research interests lie within the fields of econometrics, applied statistics, time-series, economics, and finance. He is a referee in many journals and a visiting lecturer.
