Dr. Magdalena Kolańska-Stronka is a scientific researcher at the Faculty of Psychology, University of Zielona Góra, Poland. She received Ph.D. in psychology. Her research interests are focused on consumer behavior including consumer perception of self-image and congruence. She is an author and co‐author of papers referring to consumer behavior. She has published e.g., in the Journal of Strategic Marketing; Management, and Business Administration. Central Europe.

Prof. Dr. Breggie van der Poll
Professor of Management Accounting at the Unisa Graduate School of Business Leadership
Prof. Dr. Breggie van der Poll joined the University of South Africa in 2002 and in 2013 moved to the Graduate School of Busines Leadership (SBL). She holds a DCom in Financial Management Sciences (University of Pretoria, South Africa). She is currently a Professor of Management Accounting at the Unisa Graduate School of Business Leadership and the acting manager: Post Graduate Studies coordinating all Master research reports and Doctor of Business Leadership Theses. Prof Breggie has published 27 accredited articles in both national and international journals and presented 23 papers at national and international conferences. She has supervised 9 full Master and 8 PhD students to completion. Currently she is supervising 11 Doctoral students, and 2 MPhil students. She is interested in Environmental Management Accounting – qualitative studies and is a C3 National Research Foundation (NRF) rated researcher.
Dr. Nina Wang
Dr. Nina Wang is an Associate Professor of Finance at Hofstra University. She received her bachelor’s degree from Renmin University of China, and M.A. and Ph.D. from Arizona State University. Her research and teaching interests include behavioral finance, investment, asset pricing, and financial econometrics.
Dr. Muhammad Awais
Dr. Muhammad Awais is a business researcher at the Faculty of Management Sciences, Foundation University Islamabad, Pakistan. He received Post-doctorate in Islamic Corporate Governance from International Islamic University Malaysia. He received PhD in Finance from Iqra University Islamabad, Pakistan. His research interests are focused on: Behavior Finance, Strategic Finance, Islamic Finance, and Islamic Corporate Governance. He is an author and co‐author of papers referring to Finance and Corporate Governance. He has published 22 well-recognized publications. He is also an author of research based text book, titled “Underpinnings of Islamic Economics, Banking, and Finance”.
Mrs. Dolly Nyaguthii Wanjau
Mrs. Dolly Nyaguthii Wanjau is currently a lecturer in Accounting at Tshwane university of Technology (TUT). She is in her final stages of completing her PhD. She has 10 years experienced in higher education. Her academic qualifications include MBA from the NWU, BCOM (UNISA), Honours in Accountancy (Swinburne University – Australia) and National Diploma in Accountancy (TUT).
Mr.Sotir Ivanov
Mr.Sotir Ivanov is a PhD student in the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria. Currently working in the Southeast Europe & Turkey Marketing team of FedEx with interests in high tech, green ideas, and urban environment. Also, part of the organising committee of the Industrial Growth Conference.
